Thomastik TI Violin D String

The THOMASTIK TI D string for violin hast a synthetic core wound with aluminium or pure silver.
The THOMASTIK TI D - string is orange at the tailpiece, green (aluminum) at the pegbox, turquoise (silver) colored and has aluminum wound the following tension: 4.5kg (9.9lb) and silver wound 4.8 kg (10.6lb). The aluminum wound string sounds a little softer and the silver wound a little clearer and more brilliant with longer durability.
