By invoice

The purchase on account is processed via PayPal and RatePay. If you select the payment method "purchase on account", your payment data will first be transmitted to PayPal in preparation for payment, whereupon PayPal will forward them to Ratepay GmbH, Franklinstraße 28-29, 10587 Berlin ("Ratepay") in order to make the payment. In this case, RatePay carries out an identity and credit check on its own behalf to determine solvency in accordance with the principle already mentioned above and passes on your payment data to credit agencies on the basis of the legitimate interest in determining solvency in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. When paying on account via PayPal, you remain our contractual partner. With this payment method, we assign our claim to PayPal, so that you transfer the invoice amount to a PayPal bank account after receiving the goods. The required bank details are shown on the invoice enclosed with the goods. In addition, you will also receive this by e-mail from PayPal.

PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A is licensed in Luxembourg as a credit institution under Article 2 of the Financial Sector Law of April 5, 1993 and is regulated by the competent supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
* Payment by invoice and direct debit via PayPal Plus is not available in all countries.

Credit card payment via Stripe

We process credit card payments via the service provider Stripe. The PCI Level 1 certified service provider Stripe (Payments Europe Ltd.) is the ideal payment service provider for us at the moment.

If you have an account with Paypal, you can pay very easily and securely in our store with this provider. This is also free of charge for you. PayPal reserves the right for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "Pay later" via PayPal - to conduct a credit check.For this you can give your consent in advance in the ordering process. If you do not wish this, you can select another payment option.

Prepayment:

You can also pay all orders in the store by prepayment. You will receive our bank details on your order confirmation. If you choose this method of payment, you will receive a 2% discount on the value of goods!
On the print version of the order, which you can access on the page after completing the purchase, there is also a Girocode that you can scan with a banking app. Self-service terminals at banks and savings banks also offer scanning of the printed giro code. All relevant account data (our name, our bank details with IBAN and BIC, the amount to be paid and your order number) are automatically entered into a transfer form. You don't have to type in any more data, it's faster and there won't be any faulty transfers. This girocode is also included in the confirmation email you receive separately.

Cash on delivery

You can also choose this payment method. Here, cash on delivery charges of 6.76 euros. Further fees do not arise since March 2018 even with the delivery.

Invoice:

Please understand that delivery by invoice is reserved only for selected regular customers. However, you can also pay by invoice with your first order, but then via PayPal. Also in this case you pay only after receipt of your ordered goods.
