UPDATE: Pirastro have unfortunately stopped the production of Aricore cello strings.
The Pirastro ARICORE cello strings are synthetic strings wound with aluminium or silver. They are characterized by:
- dark timbre
- warm sound
- not sensitive to humidity
- immediately tuned
The A strings and D strings are also available wound with chrome steel and an alternative choice with brighter timbre and ideal for musicians suffering from hand perspiration.
