The LARSEN IL CANNONE A string for violin offers a noble, powerful tone. It has new, synthetic multi-filament core and is wound with precision rolled aluminium flat wire. The LARSEN IL CANNONE A string is available as "Medium" and "Soloist" versions. The Medium version has a more moderate tension (5.5kgs/12.1lbs) with an open, focused, powerful sound. The Soloist version (6.0kgs/13.2lbs) offers a fuller tone with even more presence and focus. The strings of the two versions can be combined with each other.
