The LARSEN IL CANNONE G string for violin offers a noble, powerful tone. It has new, synthetic multi-filament core and is wound with pure silver. The LARSEN IL CANNONE G string is available as "Medium" and "Soloist" versions. The Medium version has a more moderate tension (4.6 kgs/10.1lbs) with an open, focused, powerful sound. The Soloist version (5.0kgs/11.01lbs) offers a fuller tone with even more presence and focus. The strings of the two versions can be combined with each other.
